Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are made-to-order, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

• Returns or exchanges are not applicable for customized and personalized items.
• All customizations will be shown to you before finalising so no return and replacement in same price will be tnertaines.
• In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us within 2-3 hours of delivery with Package Opening videos as proof.
• Once verified, we will either replace the item or offer a store credit/refund as applicable.
• Any issue reported after 24 hours will not be considered for return or refund.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of customization once approved.
